#4 | AI IS YOUR CO-PILOT. BUT YOU ARE STILL THE PILOT

AI IS YOUR CO-PILOT. BUT YOU ARE STILL THE PILOT

Everyone is talking about AI replacing humans. Wrong mindset. AI is not a pilot. It’s a co-pilot.
It can analyse, summarize, and optimize. But it doesn’t create meaning. It doesn’t make tough decisions. It doesn’t take responsibility. That’s still on you.

Tesla’s autopilot can drive, but it still needs human oversight and a command where you want to go. It can optimize efficiency but can’t predict the unexpected neither your intended destination. AI is the same—it helps, but humans must remain in control.

What should you do? Make AI work for you. Use AI to assist decision-making, not replace it. Don’t trust AI blindly—always verify AI outputs before acting on them. Invest in AI training because every leader should know how to use at least one AI tool. If you trust AI blindly, you are not leading—you’re following.
